Mommy, Daughter, Baby Vacation

In these last few weeks before everything changes I'm glad I got to go on a short vacation with my Mom and Sister, of course Aria was along for the ride! We stayed at the Avenue Hotel B&B in Manitou Springs, CO. In one of my favorite shots Wendy poses with her "Pentax Baby" and I pose with Aria!

The part of the trip I liked the best was going to the Garden of the Gods on Sunday, it was *such* a beautiful day. I also managed to do the entire loop, though getting back up the hill to the parking lot required a bit of waddling.

Of course I'm not the only person who is going to be enjoying new roles, my mom and sister don't know that a small basket with a pig-dog and a baby-girl inside might show up on their doorstep while a KIA Rondo burns rubber out of their driveway.

Sean is getting really excited about the baby, yesterday I came home and he was cleaning the house, baking cookies, and building her stroller. I think he might be nesting too. Of course Baron was doing his best to assist in the stroller construction...or perhaps it was attempted sabotage?
