I wanted to share some photos of AJ eating and the food I've been making for her.
First off, here are the tools of the trade:

An Aroma rice cooker (about 20$ from Amazon) and my Kitchen Aide immersion blender (about 50$).
After adding a cup of water to the rice cooker and a bag of frozen veggies, you just turn on the cooker and let it go. Once the water has been cooked off it turns itself off, and then you are ready to blend. Dump the (now super soft) veggies into something to mix them in, I like my large glass measuring bowl. So far I haven't had to add any water during the blending process, but at some point I might need to.
Here is my cute little ice cube tray where I freeze the veggies:

It is by Annabel Karmel (10$) and the serving sizes have been just right. Not to mention it fits exactly the puree from one bag of frozen veggies.
Here are some happy carrot cubes:

Here is a picture of the carrots defrosted:

Now some photos of her eating :)
First taste of rice cereal:

Here she is eating a Mum Mum (rice cracker)

Eating homemade carrot puree and oatmeal:

She is so cute when she eats she helps you bring the spoon to her mouth and then shovels the food off of the spoon into her mouth.
